Adapting Portfolios for Inflation
Inflation is on the rise, and it's distorting both equity and bond performance. Advisers relying on traditional "long-run" models need to rethink portfolios to ensure inflation resilience. Within equities, value-investing is making a comeback. Traditional bonds are under pressure as they can't keep pace with inflation, so are failing to offer either capital protection or diversification. Alternatives require careful risk budgeting and focus on liquidity. In this workshop, we look at ways advisers can build-in inflation resilience to portfolios, based on lessons from the past.

Managing Anxiety Through Times of Change
Being calm and clear-headed at work are signs of good mental health; which result in good performance, job satisfaction and a happier workforce. But what happens if employees are experiencing the opposite of calmness and clarity? This can be a sign that employees are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and overwhelm which if left unchecked (and unsupported) could result in serious ill-health, poor performance, and sickness absence.

The presentation, delivered by Alan Chandler one of the UK's most popular insurance presenters, will look at what clients need to take into when settling Buildings sums insured.
