Brodies market-leading Health & Safety team invites you to an evening of drinks and nibbles at our Glasgow office following a 'live scenario' enactment of some of the key procedural stages following a health & safety incident.
The event will show you the process of interviews by the HSE/Police/other regulators following a fatal incident and highlight how some of the key considerations of incident management can protect your business and its individuals.
The session will focus on:
- Investigation/interview tactics
- Legal duties of individuals and corporates
- Reputational repercussions
