The IASG's PDG are delighted to invite you to another Breakfast with Brodies, in-person seminar. Join Brodies' Casualty and Health and Safety teams as they discuss the key things to think about in the wake of an incident, the importance of evidence capture and the impact initial investigations can have on future claims and criminal proceedings.  

Please join us at Brodies LLP's office in Glasgow to hear from Clare Bone, Carly Forrest, Amy Anderson and Katy Angus. There will be an opportunity to network with tea/coffee and breakfast rolls.

8.30am arrival for 9am seminar start.

  • The powers of the regulators following workplace incidents, protections available to duty holders and the importance of seeking early specialist advice.
  • The importance of early evidence capture and retention.
  • The impact investigations undertaken in the immediate aftermath of an incident can have on future claims and criminal proceedings.
