Join us for a workplace learning session in partnership with Time for Inclusive Education (TIE).

This event

This session will provide attendees with practical insight into how prejudice can manifest in everyday settings and the steps organisations can take to foster a more inclusive culture. It will encourage open discussion, reflection and shared learning, helping participants to consider how inclusive values can be embedded across teams and workplaces.

Attendees will gain:

  • A deeper understanding of inclusion and equality in a workplace context
  • Practical approaches to addressing prejudice and discrimination
  • Insight into creating a culture of respect, awareness and belonging

The session is designed to be interactive, informative and relevant to professionals at all levels, offering tools and perspectives that can be applied in real-world settings.

NetworkingšŸ¹

Following the session, attendees are invited to continue the conversation with informal networking on the terrace, providing a relaxed opportunity to connect with peers and reflect on the discussion (weather permittingā˜€ļø).

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from TIE’s expertise, connect with peers and strengthen your organisation’s commitment to inclusion!
