President's Message

Ashley Martin Guildford New

Having first started volunteering for the Institute in 2018, in a variety of roles, I was honoured to be appointed Institute President in April 2024 and re-elected in April 2025 and April 2026. I am dedicated to ensuring that the Insurance Institute of Guildford delivers a range of topical CPD, developing not only technical skills but soft skills too, whilst providing fun networking opportunities and raising money for our supported local charities. A warm welcome to the Insurance Institute of Guildford.

Having first started volunteering for the Institute in 2018, in a variety of roles, it was an honour to be appointed as Institute President in April 2024 and re-elected in April 2025. The overarching aim of a Local Institute is to deliver value to its members including CPD offerings (technical and soft skills), networking opportunities and raising money for charity.
