Wine Climate and Sustainability -wine seminar

About the session
Set against the backdrop of an English vineyard, this immersive two-hour tasting explores how climate and sustainability considerations shape every bottle of wine. As we taste a curated selection of English wines, we’ll uncover how vineyards respond to ESG challenges and shifting consumer expectations.
Join us to discover how lessons from the vineyard translate directly into smarter, future-fit ESG strategies in insurance and financial services.
NB We have arranged a coach from Reading for those that require transport to the venue and back afterwards. We will provide directions within the joining instructions nearer the date for those that wish to make their own way
Learning outcomes
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
➢ identify the key environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities facing
both the wine industry and wider business.
➢ understand how climate adaptation, sustainable sourcing and stakeholder transparency drive
long-term value creation.
➢ implement a strategy to embed practical, measurable ESG principles into organisations using
insights drawn from vineyard management and wine production
