This year, World Mental Health Day will be on Sunday the 10th of October and to raise awareness of the importance of mental health, The Insurance Institute of Ipswich, Suffolk and North Essex is partnering with Suffolk Mind to host a webinar on keeping calm and mindful breathing techniques.
This session will be presented by Ezra Hewing, who is Suffolk Mind’s Head of Mental Health Education. Ezra will be providing tips on keeping calm and mindful breathing where participants will learn a powerful and practical breathing exercise, which increases awareness of, and works with, the mind-body system to lower stress. Ezra will speak for 30 minutes on the topic of keeping calm and mindful breathing, which will be followed by a 15 minute question & answer session.
