The Insurance Institute of Ipswich, Suffolk & North Essex is holding a special event on Thursday 9th March 2023 at the Ipswich Town Football Club (Beattie's Suite), to celebrate the success of our members that have excelled in the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) examinations during 2022.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to come together to celebrate the successes of our fellow members, listen to an amazing speaker and enjoy a complimentary lunch.
We are beyond thrilled to announce that we have the amazing Ben Smith joining us as our event speaker.
Ben is a social entrepreneur, mental health charity founder, award winning global adventurer, fundraiser, author and inspirational speaker. From attempting suicide twice to running 401 marathons in 401 days, we challenge you not to find something in Ben’s life story that isn’t relatable.
Ben’s story is one of triumph over adversity, it inspires and motivates all ages. The way Ben tells his story brings to life the importance of accepting and respecting others no matter who they are, understanding that having resilience is key to overcoming tough times in your life and ultimately believing that the limitations we think we have are only our own thoughts.
Ben's talk will be followed by a personal gift presentation to the students and an opportunity to chat with Ben and enjoy the buffet!
