Drawing on more than 25 years’ experience across leadership, learning and development, executive coaching and consultancy, Adrian will explore team dynamics, communication, confidence, motivation and different leadership approaches.
The session will consider some of the everyday situations leaders encounter, from working with different personalities and communication styles to building confidence, developing others and creating positive, effective teams.
