The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) came into force on 6th April 2015.
CDM 2015 sets out exactly what people involved in construction work need to do to protect themselves. In addition, these regulations now apply to the events industry. Find out more in this 45 minute lecture.
Speaker's biography
Jon Hesketh has been an underwriter for 12 years, originally at AIG but for the last 6 years he has been working with QBE. He is a specialist in liability with a particular focus on construction and engineering in the larger commercial sector. Jon also looks after multinational programmes (across all lines) for QBE's northern region, encompassing both Manchester and Leeds.
