Refocus… A Breathing Anchor to Refocus The Wandering Mind

We invite you to join us on for a live 30 minute meditation. Aimed to prepare you for your day & provide you with a practise you can continue for future days, this refocussing mindfulness practice will invite you to root your awareness into the present moment. Just like an anchor that roots a ship to the sea bed, and stops it being taken away by the waves. This mindfulness meditation can help you to refocus on your direct experience and dissolve anxiety, decrease stress and allow the body to heal in a relaxed, peaceful state.

The aims of this session is to help you:

  • feel calmer, less stressed and peaceful

  • be kind to yourself

  • become more self-aware

  • make you more focused and be more productive
