The first session is ‘Will Structures and Planning’.

This will be run by Deborah Spence who is an Associate in the Wills and Trusts team and Isabelle Copeland who is a Solicitor in the Private Client team at Ward Hadaway.

Deborah and Isabelle will cover some of the basics and then produce and talk through some case studies covering the following:

• The Norm - A married couple with two children.

• The Wealthy - A more complicated scenario with more wealth, reliefs, blended families, children from previous relationships etc.

• The Non-Wealthy but equally complicated.

The second session is an Autumn Budget Update which will be run by Jordan Grime and a member of the technical team at M&G.
