Thank you for placing your faith and trust in my leadership to continue too develop North Downs Insurance Institute through the oncoming years.

Little did I know when I accepted the role, just how much of a challenge this was going to be. AGM changed to a conference call, all face to face meetings cancelled, and no lunch n learns.

Fortunately I have a great team around me and we are now working well remotely and delivering webinars every week or so.

I look forward to continuing the excellent work of past presidents and council members and developing our younger members and the talent that we have therein, including some who have achieved success at the highest level in their CII examinations, at National level.
