President's Message
Thank you for placing your faith and trust in my leadership to continue to develop North Downs Insurance Institute through the oncoming years.
I accepted council nomination as president for another term to maintain stability and control in a challenging environment.
Fortunately I have a great team around me and we are working well together delivering face to face events and remote offerings,
I look forward to continuing the excellent work of past presidents and council members and developing our "Next Generation" members and the talent that we have therein, including some who have achieved success at the highest level in their CII examinations, at National level.

New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

The Insurance Charity Golf Day - book your place today
The Insurance Charity golf day will take place on 14 October at The Nottinghamshire club, voted The East Midland's best golf venue. Located six miles from Nottingham station and 18 miles from East Midlands Airport, attendees will be playing on the prestigious 18-hole Championship course.
