Local Awards
The following awards are presented to members of The North Downs Insurance Institute per annum to recognise achievements in the CII examinations.

| John C Williams Salver Award £400 prize | Presented to the member who completes their Fellowship in the previous year, who in the opinion of the Council demonstrates him/herself to be an outstanding practitioner. |
| Peter Griffiths Cup £250 prize | Presented to the member who most meritoriously completes the Advanced Diploma in Insurance. |
| Bruce Meadows Decanter £125 prize | Presented to the member who most meritoriously completes the Diploma in Insurance. |
| £125 prize | Presented to the member who most meritoriously completes the Certificate in Insurance. |
| The Sheikh Bowl £125 prize | Presented to the member who most meritoriously completes the Diploma in Financial Planning. |
