The Art of Adaptation: matching cheese, port wine, and customer needs
Port wine and cheese pairings can represent business insights about adapting insurance products to evolving customer needs.
Through four thoughtfully curated pairings of cheese and port wine, participants will explore how the insurance industry must adapt to changing customer behaviours and needs.
Participants will taste, discuss, and link each pairing to actionable strategies.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- identify how evolving customer needs impact insurance product design and delivery.
- understand the parallels between cheese and port wine pairings and strategic adaptation in business.
- implement a strategy to tailor products, communications, and services to meet changing customer expectations.
