As such, it delivers an overview of core elements of the UK’s regulatory framework, who the regulations apply to, ICOBS, on core regulatory principles and rules across GI.
This session does not cover the minute details of the rules of the FCA, and as such the course should not be relied upon on when making compliance decisions for your organisation. "
