Embracing Change

We welcome all members & guests to attend a soft skill seminar which will be presented again by Louise Lock from Ageas.

Louise is the Head of Learning & Development for Ageas Insurance, she heads up the operational L & D teams across the country. Louise has worked in the Insurance industry for 17 years and has spent most of her career in a Learning and Development roles in business such as Zurich, Groupama and now Ageas.

Under their own L & D brand called Ageas Develop, Louise and her team’s purpose is to ‘support everyone to be better tomorrow than they are today’. The team deliver many learning solutions to the business including onboarding, induction, technical development, regulatory/compliance skills, leadership skills and personal development skills. The team have a particular focus on delivering any learning solutions via a blended learning approach using a variety of learning methods rather than just traditional classroom training.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop the attendees will be able to:

• Accurately identify the four stages of the change curve
• Utilise the change curve methodology to create your own change support plan.
