This interactive masterclass will help you to ensure key people remember you and the value you create.

Melissa has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector. As well as working with accountancy and pension firms, Melissa has spoken at a number of HSBC conferences on the subject of successful networking.

Having studied what makes some people and their propositions more memorable than others Melissa Kidd has pulled together 7 principles. This communication skills workshop shows delegates how to apply them to their unfolding business development conversations.

By the end of the session delegates will be able to identify:

  • Techniques to ensure people want to hear what they have to say

  • 3 concise, clear and conversational introductions that they feel confident using

  • A formula for telling stories that demonstrate their credibility

  • A memorable metaphor to illustrate their offering or positioning

  • Ways to keep strengthening their key relationships – without being a pest

  • How to avoid being remembered for the wrong reasons
