Bedford and Milton Keynes Institute are hosting a CPD event at the Motor Insurer’s Bureau, Milton Keynes.


Event:
Coaching and Buddying with Mental Health First Aid Training


By the end of the session the delegate will:
• Have increased their understanding of the difference between coaching and buddying
• Have explored individual skill sets needed for coaching and buddying
• Understanding of approaches to different relationships, culture, beliefs and attitude.
• Have reflected on key skills required to support individuals experiencing mental ill health at work
• Have explored effective coaching strategies for supporting individuals who require support for work and mental ill health
• Be able to action plan for change If you register for this event, full objectives together with workshop agendas will be sent.

10:15 Arrival, welcomes and intro
10:30 – 16:00 Coaching and Buddying with Mental Health First Aid in the workplace
A light lunch will be served at 12:30pm
