Join us for this 60 minute interactive session which will be held on zoom. We will identify common tricky conversations that take place and negative assumptions that can be made. We will explore how we can consider alternative perspectives to achieve positive outcomes. Please be ready with your cameras on as we will be working together in groups. - To explore how to turn around negative perceptions into positive outcomes
- To learn together in groups how to manage these situations
Caroline has worked with multinational clients in the insurance world for more than 27 years.
