Experts in the insurance industry are talking about a rise in insurance claims fraud by 25%-40% in 2023/2024 as a result of the cost of living crisis and the financial squeeze on individuals and businesses. This session looks at what opportunistic fraud is, where the pressure points are and how insurers might respond using a combination of data, intelligence, technology and expertise.
