Intl Men's Day - Session 1 - From Pain to Performance - (Kieran Mote)
In the first of our lunchtime virtual sessions for International Men's Day, please join Kieran Mote of Sports Rehab Lab (based in Southend-on-Sea) where delegates will learn about how to improve their physical health by developing a consistent approach to exercise, how to overcome injury and pain management, why physical activity is essential to a healthy lifestyle and how exercising regularly improves your physical health as we age.

Enabling Womens Careers - 14th November 2023 - Celebrating International Mens Day
Join us for the November Women's Forum session. In this session we will be celebrating International Mens Day 2023! This session will be live online on Zoom. It will not be recorded as we aim to create a safe space for members to express themselves, network and grow. These sessions are for all levels of PFS and CII and future topics will be established from member feedback within the group. The sessions are facilitated by Caroline who is a Certified Coach and NLP Trainer, however, these sessions are an exploration for all and so please bring your top tips to share with other members of the group and be open to explore and encourage eachother. Hawkins Webinar - Push-fit Fittings & Statistical Analysis
Gerald will discuss examples where Hawkins has investigated escapes of water caused by a fault in a push-fit fitting, and how laboratory inspection can be conducted to generate data that allows us to compare the characteristics of exhibit and exemplar fittings, in order to determine the cause of failure.
