Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
To all members of the Insurance Institute of Bournemouth (IIB).
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Insurance Institute of Bournemouth will be held on Wednesday 8th April 2026 at 1pm.
The meeting will be held online.
Hear first hand reports from council members on previous and future activities and vote on the appointment of new council members.
We would be delighted to welcome any new council members wishing to join the council. Openings arise each year for the following roles as existing members stand down prior to the AGM but are eligible for re-election:
Secretary
Treasurer
Education and Careers Representatives
GDPR Representative
Membership Secretary
Equality and Diversity Representative
Dinner Secretary
Communications Officer
Programme Secretary
Regional Forum Representative
PFS Representative
Next Generation representative

Application can be made at any time prior to 31st March 2026 but applications received before 9th March 2026 will be considered at the council meeting to be held 10th March 2026.
