We are thrilled to announce that nominations for the Rising Star Award are now open!
This prestigious award recognises and celebrates the outstanding achievements of rising stars within our local Insurance and Financial Services Industry, covering the BCP area and Dorset.
Results will be announced during our award ceremony at the IIB Annual Dinner, on Friday 27th of February 2026, at the Marriott Hotel in Bournemouth.

Nominees should demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:
- Professionalism in Insurance and Financial Services: Significant contribution to raising standards within the local institute area or community.
- Sustainability: Commitment and achievement towards sustainability goals through their role or workplace projects.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Active support and achievement in promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
- Outstanding Performance: Exceptional performance in their role.
- Personal & Professional Development: Dedication to their own growth and development.
