Enabling Womens Careers - From Self Sabotage to Sustainable Success

Many women experience cycles of self-doubt, procrastination, overthinking, or perfectionism, often without realising these behaviours are forms of self-protection rather than personal failure. This workshop gently reframes self-sabotage, helping participants understand the deeper drivers behind their actions while removing shame and self-judgment.

Through practical tools, reflective exercises, and guided insight, attendees will learn how to recognise their own patterns, interrupt unhelpful cycles, and begin building habits rooted in self-trust and sustainability.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Recognise their personal self-sabotage patterns and how these show up in daily life
• Understand the underlying psychological and emotional drivers behind these behaviours
• Reframe self-sabotage as a protective mechanism rather than a personal flaw
• Apply practical tools to interrupt unhelpful patterns in real time
• Develop a more supportive and empowering internal dialogue
• Identify small, sustainable actions that build consistency and self-trust
• Define a future-focused identity that supports long-term success
• Commit to one aligned action that creates immediate forward momentum

This session will be live online on Zoom. It will not be recorded as we aim to create a safe space for members to express themselves, network and grow.

These sessions are for women and their allies within all levels of PFS and CII. 

The sessions are facilitated by Caroline who is a CII member, Certified Coach and NLP Trainer, however, these sessions are an exploration for all and so please bring your top tips to share with other members of the group and be open to explore and encourage eachother.
