This session is suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of inclusion and learn practical strategies to foster belonging, whether you're an employee, manager, or business leader.

Paul Stubbington-co-founder at Hygge Associates

Paul Stubbington is the co-founder of Hygge Associates and an experienced trainer, coach, and mentor. With a career spanning multiple senior leadership roles, Paul brings deep expertise in developing high-performing teams and creating environments where people can thrive.

Paul has a genuine passion for supporting and developing others. Over the years he has delivered impactful training on allyship, inclusion, and leadership, as well as successfully coaching and mentoring individuals at all stages of their careers.
Paul's relatively recent discovery of his ADHD adds a powerful layer of authenticity to his work. He openly shares the challenges and opportunities that come with understanding neurodivergence later in life, helping others feel seen and supported. His sessions blend practical strategies with
personal and professional insight, making them engaging, relatable, and grounded in real experience. Whether working with individuals or teams, Paul brings a calm, human approach that empowers people to build more inclusive, productive, and emotionally intelligent workplaces.
