The IASG are proud to launch the new Advanced Future Leaders Programme, designed for experienced insurance professionals who are either stepping into, or already operating in, a leadership role. Applications close Friday 27th February 2026.

Advanced Future Leaders Programme 

After the success of the IASG Future Leaders programme in 2025, the IASG are excited to announce the Advanced Future Leaders Programme. This course is designed for experienced insurance professionals who are either stepping into, or already operating in, a leadership role and who are looking to: 

  • Challenge themselves
  • Learn and develop new and existing skills
  • Step outside their comfort zone

Programme structure

The programme consists of four modules: 

Leading Strategic Innovation & Change
(Vision, collaboration and the courage to disrupt) 

Raising Your Profile
(Visibility, voice, and value – amplified by AI) 

Advanced Emotional Intelligence
(Navigating complexity with empathy and impact) 

Leadership Delegation
(Trust, clarity and letting go with purpose) 

Dates and logistics

The programme will run on

21 April 2026;

5 May 2026;

26 May 2026; 

and 16 June 2026.

Participants must be able to attend all four sessions in person. 

Sessions will be held in Glasgow city centre (venue to be confirmed).
