IASG Women in Insurance 2026

To mark International Women’s Day 2026, the IASG is proud to present our first-ever Women in Insurance event—a celebration of the achievements, influence and future of women across the insurance industry.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain”, encourages a spirit of generosity, collaboration and mutual support. In that spirit, this event is designed to bring together professionals from across the market to learn from one another, make meaningful connections, and be inspired by leaders who continue to shape our industry.

What to Expect

Attendees will hear from an exceptional panel of women from the local insurance market, each bringing unique perspectives and experience from across broking, claims and insurer leadership. The session will explore career journeys, opportunities for growth, and the impact of collective action in driving progress for women in the sector.
