Making (more) effective Decisions than your competitors

Wednesday 12 August, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (UK time)
Webinar

Event Overview

Effective decision-making is a vital leadership skill and often overlooked as a key competitive advantage. Recent research by GAABS suggests that whilst more than 90% of senior leaders believe they are 'above average' as decision-makers, more than 80% of these same people are asking for training to better equip them. A gap exists between perceived decision-making strength and actual decision-making effectiveness. This webinar will equip you with a simple Framework for making better decisions and 2 practical tools to support this - with plenty of time for discussion and reflection

Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, you should understand:

  • Become equipped to better establish weaknesses in current decision-making practice, using a simple Framework as a reference.
  • Learn and apply 2 practical Tools for supporting Decision alignment and clarity
  • Space for peer discussion and sharing current opportunities to enhance decision-making capabilities
  • Provision of a simple resource (Framework and Tools) and post-Workshop self-reflective discussion
