Overview:

Lone Working brings many benefits to the employer and employee alike.
There are several ways to monitor productivity or what the lone or remote worker does, but how do we monitor their wellbeing?


We know that Lone Workers:

-Risk becoming stressed and isolated
-Can find it hard to “switch off.”
-Can become fatigued and therefore less productive;
-May feel career development may suffer.

In this short workshop we suggest practical ways to manage the wellbeing of lone and remote workers

Learning objectives :

  • Recognise and identify the early signs of stress in the workplace
  • Techniques to improve stress management
  • How to signpost others towards professional support
  • Tips for looking after your own wellbeing

Breakfast available upon arrival at 8:00am with the talk starting at 8:30am and expected to finish by 9:30am
