He has many years' experience working within the insurance and legal professions in litigation and liability loss adjusting, having handled litigation up to the Court of Appeal in London and dealt with insurance claims arising from many worldwide jurisdictions.
Jeff has lectured in legal, academic and business English as well as the language of international negotiation at many UK and international universities. He's delivered training in the law of torts and insurance law and practice to some of the world's largest and most prestigious organisations.

It requires a level of transparency between employee and employer and self-discipline irrespective of where the workplace is located.
