On a mission to change ethics and professionalism within the recruitment industry, Toni Dines is the founder of Boxtree and has 10 years’ prior experience in insurance broking. Specialising in the professional risk of recruitment companies globally, Toni’s broking experience moved through underwriting, claims and operational positions within the London market. Since 2015, Toni has been running Boxtree and providing bespoke consultancy at all levels within the insurance market.
