Speaker Bio

Johanna Haigh

Chartered Financial Planner at Lyndhurst Financial Management Ltd.

CURRENT ROLE

Chartered Financial Planner and manager of the Hitchin Office which has recently grown to a team of 8. I obtained my Diploma in Financial Planning in 2005 and obtained my Chartered Financial Planner qualification in 2019. I have been advising since 2018 and look after around 120 clients.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

I joined the Lyndhurst team in March 2015 when they took over my previous employer, Rothmere Wilson. I have been working in the industry since leaving university in 2002 with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

I am a member of SOLLA the Society of Later Life Advisers. This is a specialist qualification for those interested in helping people with their later life financial planning, specifically those needing care. This is something I am passionate about and came across due to my own personal experiences.

I am currently working towards the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management to help develop my management skills and encourage more strategic thinking within our team and I hope to progress this to level 7 in the future.

Away from the office I have 3 daughters which keep me very busy, but when I can I enjoy running and hiking to help keep me fit and sane.
