In order to make a positive impact with our colleagues, senior/leadership people in your organisation and clients, there are key points we should be aware of. Using The SuperStar Communicator™ methodology I will share key communication skills to ensure you are noticed, respected and make a positive impact in all business conversations.

- How you can make more impact by saying less
- Preparation – including preparing yourself
- Tips on your performance whether you are speaking virtually or face to face
- Your voice: how this could make or break a conversation.
