As humans we are hard wired to search for danger. In the modern world, where there are no saber tooth tigers, this is not always helpful and can hold us back from achieving.
Join us for this Live-Online and fully interactive session on Zoom where Caroline will share her some practical tips on how you can retrain your inner critic and set yourself up for success.

Objectives

The learning Objectives are:

• Enhance your understanding of the inner critic, why it’s there and how it serves us

• Begin to understand the science of Neuroplasticity

• Learn to identify limiting beliefs and retrain your thoughts for success

• Understand the importance of recognising others language and how this can impact on moral, performance and overall success

After the main theory aspect of the session you will have the opportunity to work with others in a very short break out where you will be invited to meet others in the group and put the theory into practice.

If you are able to have your camera on this will be an added bonus for others in the group.

This session is suitable for all levels of development and is for all CII and PFS Members.

Facilitator

Caroline has worked with multinational clients in financial services for more than 27 years. In 2012 serendipity led her on a journey to explore personal development and the power of the mind and she has trained with many world famous coaches. Caroline works with leaders and their teams to help them become the best that they can be.
Caroline discovered that the soft skills which she had lacked as a corporate Technical Adviser were the missing keys to success! Caroline is Leadership Coach, NLP Trainer and Co-Author of the internationally best-selling personal development book Determined to Rise. She is President of the Chelmsford and South Essex CII.
