At some point an advisor is likely to receive a complaint for one thing or another. This seminar will focus on how best to avoid receiving a complaint, effectively dealing with a client’s complaint and liaising the Financial Ombudsman Service (should a complaint get that far).

CII: Facebook Live for National Apprenticeship Week
To mark National Apprenticeship Week 2018 (5-9th March) the Chartered Insurance Institute will be running a Facebook Livestream aimed at both 16-18 year olds, parents and teachers.
