We are delighted to bring you a conference open to all members with a wide range of topics from a variety of presenters with lunch and refreshments and certainly recommend you bring along your colleagues or contacts and gain CPD. There will also be a networking reception at the end of the afternoon for those that wish to stay.

Presentations on the theme of the future of insurance and financial services will include:

- 'Latest fire safety in the built environment'

Robert Dakin, Head of Business Resilience Management Delivery- AXA Insurance

- 'When to argue fundamental dishonesty and how to address ever-increasing claims inflation'.

Leanne Conisbee and Rhiannon Willimont, HCR Law, examine recent informative case law relevant to fundamental dishonesty in casualty/motor claims and consider defence strategies relating to claims inflation generally.

- 'Introduction to drones and their application within the insurance industry'
