PFS Hants & Dorset, Surrey and Thames Valley Bombay Sapphire Distillery Experience!

The Personal Finance Society Hants & Dorset, Surrey and Thames Valley Regional Committees invites you to a unique and unforgettable event – a complimentary visit to the renowned Bombay Sapphire Distillery including travel!

An opportunity to network with members from across our local PFS Regions. 

📅 Date: Friday 27^th November 2026

⏰ Time: 12pm till 6:30pm

📍 Location: Bombay Sapphire Distillery, Laverstoke Mill, Whitchurch, Hampshire, RG28 7NR

Cost: There will be a £10 commitment fee for the whole event which includes travel, lunch and the gin tour and masterclass. There will be a £50 cancellation charge if you do not notify us (email hantsanddorsetpfs@outlook.com) at least 48 hours before the event date. 

🚌 Transport: Free return coach travel to/from Bournemouth train station, Fareham train station & Southampton Airport Parkway Train Station, departs 12pm.  

Prepare for an exciting evening of exploration, creativity, and networking in the picturesque setting of Laverstoke Mill. This exclusive event is open to all members and guests of the PFS Hants & Dorset, Surrey and Thames Valley Regions and it promises an exceptional experience.

**Event Highlights:**

👣 **Distillery Tour:** Discover the fascinating journey of Bombay Sapphire gin, from its origins to the innovative distillation process. Explore the historic Laverstoke Mill and learn about the art of gin-making.

🍹 **Cocktail Making:** Unleash your inner mixologist! Join the expert mixologists for a hands-on cocktail making session. Create and savour exquisite cocktails featuring Bombay Sapphire's signature gin.

🤝 **Networking Opportunities:** Connect with fellow professionals in a relaxed and picturesque environment. Share insights, build valuable connections, and discuss the latest industry trends.

The timetable (to be confirmed) is as follows:

12pm - coach pick up from Bournemouth train station.

12pm - coach pick up from Fareham train station.

12.30pm - coach pick up from Southampton Airport Parkway station.

1pm - arrive at Cart & Horses Pub and Restaurant, Kings Worthy nr Winchester for complimentary lunch and networking.

2.45pm - depart the pub.

3.15pm - arrive at Laverstoke Mill. Split in three groups of 20.

3.30pm - Gin tour starts.

4.30pm - Tour ends, all 3 groups taken to festive masterclass.

5.30pm - Masterclass finishes. Group either head for bar to have Gin & Tonic...or go to the shop to pick up a takeaway G&T pack. Shop will be open and available for additional purchases.

6/6.30pm - coaches depart park to Bournemouth, Southampton Airport Parkway and Fareham.
