An Introduction to Employers Liability Insurance

Online
Wednesday, 13 May 2026
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm (UK time)

A long-established class of insurance, Employers Liability cover tends to be provided as an element of a commercial package policy. Being a compulsory form of cover, it is an “ever-present” in such policies and consequently the detail can be easily overlooked.

The hour-long session presented by David Hole explores the fundamentals of cover and also looks at recent cases concerning the status of people working for organisations and how this affects the application of cover.
