1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)

What does it really mean to be an ally? How can allyship transform workplace culture? Are you confident that you know how to support marginalized colleagues in a way that is meaningful and impactful?

Allyship is more than good intentions—it’s about taking deliberate, informed action to create equitable, respectful, and high-performing workplaces. This session is suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of inclusion and learn practical strategies to foster belonging, whether you’re an employee, manager, or business leader.

In this session, we will explore:

  • Why allyship matters and how it connects to inclusion and organisational success
  • Practical steps to become an effective ally at any level of the organisation

By the end of this session, participants will leave with actionable strategies to:

  • Build awareness of their own behaviours and assumptions
  • Use their voices to advocate for others
  • Commit to ongoing learning and accountability as allies
