This session focuses on the core concepts, essential tools and key skills for effective project
management, along with practical demonstrations to help the learning stick.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants should be able to:
• Define what project management is and explain its key phases.
• Identify and practice fundamental project management tools, including GanF Charts, Work Breakdown Structure, RACI Matrix, Risk Register.
• Recognise core project management skills such as communication, planning, leadership and adaptability.
• Reflect on how to apply project management principles in their own work environment.
