Public speaking is one of the most influential skills you can develop at work. Whether you’re presenting to clients, updating senior leaders, or contributing in team meetings, the ability to communicate clearly and confidently can shape how your ideas land, how you’re perceived, and the impact you make.

In this session, we will demystify public speaking and explore practical tools that help you prepare, manage nerves, and deliver your message with greater clarity and presence.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

Explain the most common pitfalls that undermine confidence and clarity
Use five practical tools to plan, structure and deliver messages that resonate
Apply simple techniques to manage nerves and speak with greater presence
