Thriving Through Uncertainty: Practical Tools for Navigating Change

2-part series in Understanding and Navigating Change
In insurance and financial services, organisational change, regulatory updates, market shifts and shifting customer needs are constant. How we respond to change can be as individual as we are and changes tend to happen concurrently. We live such busy lives both in and out of work, that we rarely take the time to reflect on how many changes we are handling simultaneously, our reactions, and those of others, or the impact it can potentially have on our work and wellbeing.
This 2-part webinar series will help you understand the impact change can have has on you and others and provides some practical tools to navigate these times successfully. Ideally participants will attend both sessions, but they will still gain value from either session if attended independently.
Part 2 of 2: Thriving Through Uncertainty: Practical Tools for Navigating Change
Building on the understanding of why change impacts us psychologically, this practical session focuses on evidence-based tools and strategies that help us navigate uncertainty more effectively. Participants will explore approaches that enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation and psychological flexibility, enabling them to stay grounded, maintain their wellbeing and take positive action even when the future feels unclear.
This interactive webinar provides practical techniques that can be applied immediately to support wellbeing, resilience and adaptability during periods of change.
Participants will be expected to engage in guided self-reflection activities during the webinar.
