New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

The Insurance Charity Golf Day - book your place today
The Insurance Charity golf day will take place on 14 October at The Nottinghamshire club, voted The East Midland's best golf venue. Located six miles from Nottingham station and 18 miles from East Midlands Airport, attendees will be playing on the prestigious 18-hole Championship course.

CII Honours Local Institute Volunteers
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) honoured its most dedicated members during the Local Institute Volunteer Awards at the Network Conference 2025.
President's Message
I'm honoured and delighted to have been elected as the President of the Insurance Institute of Bristol for the next 12 months.
I'm following in the footsteps of many excellent Past Presidents who have made an enormous contribution to the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Insurance Institute of Bristol and the Insurance and Financial Services industry as a whole and I am looking forward to making my small contribution.
I have an excellent Deputy in Joshua Chapman and a superb and talented Council working with me and I am confident of their full support going forward.
My designated charity is the NSPCC and I would ask all members to try and support this absolutely worthwhile and valuable charity in any way they are able.
