ESG and the FCA
As interest in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) continues to grow, so does the need for sector specific guidance, potential regulation and reporting requirements. In November 2022 the FCA announced their refreshed ESG Strategy with the aim to “support the financial sector in driving positive change”.
In this webinar we tackle what the FCA have to say about ESG, and why it is a priority on their regulatory agenda. We will explore the implications that their strategy and recent discussion paper consultation has for the insurance sector and regulated firms, and what it may mean for future ESG Regulation.
