Throughout the webinar, attendees will learn practical strategies for providing emotional support, recognising signs of distress, and guiding others towards professional help when necessary. The session will also address the potential impact of supporting others on one's own mental well-being, highlighting the importance of maintaining personal boundaries and practicing self-care.
