Interactive face to face presentation on ten things where underwriters should help brokers but don’t
Face to face presentations are back for the Bristol institute members.
On the evening of Wednesday 10 June Alan Chandler, one of the most popular presenters in the UK, will be running an interactive face to face presentation on ten things where underwriters should help brokers but don’t.
Live straw poles will be taken to see where the Bristol market currently is on the relationship between brokers and underwriters, are underwriters meeting all the broker needs or is there room for improvement.
Subjects to be discussed will include should brokers be given better access to decision makers, why are underwriters often unable to articulate their USP’s to brokers and why do insurers tell brokers their surveyor has noticed there is under insurance but then won’t tell the broker what figure the surveyor says it should be!
There will be plenty of interesting and amusing stories from Alan and all this will be accompanied by complimentary food and drink.
This is a fantastic opportunity to network, enjoy great food and drink and participate in seeing where the Bristol insurance market is in terms of broker insurer collaboration.
The timetable:
530 – 6pm Welcome complimentary drinks and an opportunity for networking.
