Face2Face presentation on ten ways brokers could secure better outcomes for their clients

Interactive face to face presentation on ten ways brokers could secure better outcomes for their clients and get underwriters to say ‘yes’ more often
Following the highly successful sold-out face to face presentation in June, the Bristol institute are bringing Alan Chandler back to run the flip side of the discussion around the broker underwriter relationship. This time we will examine how brokers could do things better. Like last time, come with your opinions and let’s discuss how brokers and underwriters can collaborate better in the Bristol marketplace.
- Being held in the fantastic historic venue of the Radnor Rooms in central Bristol.
- Complimentary food and drink will be provided on the roof top terrace.
Live polls during the evening will be taken to see where the market currently is on the relationship between brokers and underwriters and looking at common areas where brokers let their client’s down.
Subjects to be discussed will include why brokers should be better at understanding risk management offerings, should underwriters get involved when they see a presentation that is technically incorrect, why are 79% of commercial buildings in the UK under insured, can brokers not do better with their advice on this issue?
There will be plenty of interesting and amusing stories from Alan. This is a fantastic opportunity to see where the market is in terms of broker insurer collaboration and afterwards network whilst enjoying the food and drink at the historic Radnor rooms.
Learning Objectives:
Following this presentation delegates will be able to:
- Understand the main areas where brokers could help their clients and get better quotes from underwriters but don’t.
- Understand how underwriters and brokers can collaborate better together to achieve a better outcome for the policyholders.
