The Insurance Institute of Bristol Annual Charity Dinner 2027
We are excited to announce that the Insurance Institute of Bristol’s prestigious Annual Charity Dinner 2027 will be taking place on 12 March 2027!
This year, we will be hosting the event in the Lansdown Suite at Ashton Gate Stadium. This year’s President, Joshua Chapman, together with the IIB Council, look forward to welcoming you there.
The evening will be a charity event with fundraising for this year’s President’s Charity, the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity. Whether or not you are able to attend the event, you can support our cause by donating here.
The evening will be hosted by a yet-to-be-named comedian, who will be followed by the Haus Band. The dinner will be followed by late dancing, casino and photo-booth!
This year, there will be shuttle buses running from the Bristol hotel (///member.gifted.beside), Millennium Square (///alone.smooth.pipe), and Temple Quay/the Friary (///head.detail.task) from 17:30pm to late.
Venue - Pravha Lounge & Lansdown Suite, Ashton Gate Stadium.
Date - Friday 12th March 2027
6.00pm - Arrival & Welcome Drinks (Pravha Lounge)
7.15pm - Welcome and Speeches (Lansdown Suite)
8.00pm - 3-Course Dinner with half-bottle of wine per person.

Additional Information
- It is a black-tie event so please dress to impress!
- Each ticket includes a drink on arrival and a table allocation of house wine with your meal. Upgraded wine and drinks packages can be ordered with the venue direct.
- Tea and coffee will be available afterwards.
- Rooms are available for those attending the event at the Bristol Hotel where there is discounted parking
