12:30 pm – 1:30 pm (UK time)

Presented by: Kings Court Trust

Overview:

At some point in our professional career, advisors are likely to be engaged with clients who could be deemed to be in a vulnerable state. This hour long seminar will introduce some of the key issues that professionals need to be aware of when dealing with individuals whose judgement may be affected by mental or emotional influences. It will also suggest guidance to help advisors mitigate the risks involved whilst still delivering sound advice.

Note: The talk is primarily aimed at financial advisers, but anyone can come along

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this event, the delegate will be able to identify:

  • what constitutes a vulnerable person
